Template Message
To send a template message, you must use an approved WhatsApp template. WhatsApp templates can be created using the SmartTA Dashboard. Your created templates are submitted to WhatsApp for approval. Once WhatsApp approves a template, you’ll be able to use it to send template message.
Note: WhatsApp template names must be unique and should be in small letters only.

R stands for Required and O for Optional.
